The Free Spirit project in Gruene, Texas, is a unique bar and tasting room that combines historic charm with modern design. The interior features a two-sided bar, seamlessly connecting the indoor tasting room to an outdoor courtyard. The space also includes a double-height lounge area for a more intimate setting. The expansive outdoor courtyard is adaptable, featuring a stage for live performances, an outdoor bar/kiosk, and a temporary shade structure that will be removed in a future phase to accommodate a future on-site distillery. The design focuses on creating a welcoming, flexible environment for a variety of experiences.
